Pumpkin Barfi Recipe

Take 2 tbps ghee in kadhai

Cut guavas from both sides & make slices

Ghee roast finely grated 1 kg pumpkin

Add 1 cup milk into ghee roasted kaddu

Cover it with lid & cook for 7 minutes. Add 1 bowl sugar 

Ghee grease plate & add kaddu halwa prepared to give barfi shape
