Pudina Jaljeera Recipe

- Corianderleaves – half cup
- Mint leaves – half cup
- Lemon– 2 medium sized
- Ginger– 1/2 -1 inch piece
- Boondi with Raita – half cup
- Black pepper – 3/4 tsp
- Asafoetida – 1 pinch
- Black salt – 1 teaspoon
- Plain salt – half teaspoon or as per taste
- Roasted cumin – 2 tsp
- Sugar – 2 tsp
How to make Jal Jeera Drinks
Clean or wash coriander leaves andmintthoroughly.


Peel the ginger and wash it.
Grind the ingredients finely to use.
Put mint and green coriander leaves in the mixer jar.
Finely chop the dusted ginger.
Put roasted cumin, black pepper, asafoetida, black salt, black salt in a bowl and make a mixture by adding some water.
Put the spice mixture in a jar and add 4 cups of cold water.
