Essential ingredients – pav bhaji masala powder recipe
- Fennel = two table spoon
- Whole coriander = 7 tbsp
- Cumin = 2 tbsp
- Black cardamom = 10
- Red chili = 20 pieces, whole
- Clove = 1 tsp
- Cinnamon = 4 to 5 pieces
- Black pepper = 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder = 1 tsp
- Ajwain = 1 tsp
- Gingerpowder = one table spoon
- Pomegranateseeds = one table spoon
- Dry mango powder = 1.5 tbsp
- Blacksalt= one table spoon
- nutmeg = one
Method – how to make pav bhaji masala powder recipe
Put whole coriander, cumin, fennel, red chili, black cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, pomegranate seeds and carom seeds in a frying pan and fry lightly on low flame for 1 to 2 minutes and take out in a plate Let cool at room temperature.
Then put all the ingredients in a mixer jar and grind the spices very finely. Now filter it in a soup strainer and grind coarse spices again and filter and mix.
