Essential ingredients – pav bhaji masala powder recipe

  • Fennel = two table spoon
  • Whole coriander = 7 tbsp
  • Cumin = 2 tbsp
  • Black cardamom = 10
  • Red chili = 20 pieces, whole
  • Clove = 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon = 4 to 5 pieces
  • Black pepper = 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder = 1 tsp
  • Ajwain = 1 tsp
  • Gingerpowder = one table spoon
  • Pomegranateseeds = one table spoon
  • Dry mango powder = 1.5 tbsp
  • Blacksalt= one table spoon
  • nutmeg = one

Method – how to make pav bhaji masala powder recipe

Put whole coriander, cumin, fennel, red chili, black cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, pomegranate seeds and carom seeds in a frying pan and fry lightly on low flame for 1 to 2 minutes and take out in a plate Let cool at room temperature.
