There is no doubt that Palak Paneer is a very popular Indian dish and is loved by everyone from kids to adults.The matter of fact is that Palak Paneer recipe is the best selling vegetable recipe in North India.
The interesting thing is that there are only two special ingredients and the test is Masha’Allah.
Spinach is very good for health and paneer is liked by most everyone. Let’s make very tasty vegetable in a simple way.
Ingredients for Palak Paneer Recipe
- Spinach= 2 bunches
- Paneercubes = 200 grams
- Greenchili= 3 to 4
- salt = as per taste
- Oil = 3 tbsp
- Milk= 100- 120 ml
- Onion= 1 finely chopped onion (medium)
- Tomato= 1 finely chopped (medium)
- water= cold
- Garlic= 9-10 buds
- Ginger= ½ inch piece finely chopped
- Cashew= 22-28 grams
- Sugar = 1 tsp
- Kitchen king masala = 1 tsp
Recipe for Palak Paneer Recipe
Keep the water to boil for making the vegetable and prepare fat cream using the time which will be used in the vegetable.
After this, add milk and cashews in the mixer and grind it, then the cream will be ready.
Now boil the spinach for 2 to 3 minutes and then boil till it remains 50%. After being in the steam for 2 minutes, put the spinach in cold water.
Heat a big spoon of oil and when the oil is hot, add ginger, chopped garlic and chopped onion.
After this, adding salt as per taste, add a small spoon of sugar, finely chopped tomatoes and green chillies. Then mix everything well.
If the hot oil is less, add some oil and put the paneer one after the other in the same pan, keeping one side for 25 to 30 seconds, change the side of the paneer to roast. Paneer is ready, now take it out.
Now put the mixture of tomato, onion, ginger, garlic in a mixer blender to make a puree. You can also add a few sips of water to it.
Immediately after that put spinach in the same blender and make a puree of that too.
Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan and add tomato, ginger, garlic, onion to it, then let it cook for 25 to 30 seconds.
Now add kitchen king masala to the pan and mix well.
Now after adding the prepared spinach puree add paneer cubes and then let it cook.
After this add fat cream and let it cook while stirring continuously for 3 to 4 minutes.
Then cook it on medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes. After steaming for 2 minutes, the delicious Palak Paneer is ready to be served.
